Social media is the use of web and mobile technologies to conduct two way dialogue. 

People use social media to share, question and comment.  And it is very powerful.

Effective use of social media is not just about having Facebook or Linked In profile, a YouTube and Twitter account and blasting status updates or tweets about how great your product or service is, or your latest special.

It is about building relationships with people and communities.  It's another string in your marketing and customer service bow.

  • Research - what are your prospective and actual customers using to communicate? What social platforms do they use to engage?  What are your competitors doing?
  • Investigate - what are your business goals? What is your current web strategy and how will your social media strategy fit into this? What internal capability (skills, experience, resources) do you have available?
  • Plan - we develop a plan that specifies what you need to do and when to acheive your goals. We'll come up with some metrics that you can actually track, to see how you are doing.  We may also help you implement some aspects of the plan. This may include training, setup of profiles, monitoring and updates.
  • Review - After an agreed period we get back in touch to see how you are doing, if we are not already monitoring your social activity. If necessary, we'll tweak your plan as required.
